Photos from 10/17/10 – Peach Hill Park

Sunday was a great day for yellow-rumped warbler photography.  Nearly 50% of all the photos taken Sunday were of that species.  I have selected my favorite ones as well as my other favorites from the day.

Also in a rare moment, I got a photo of a northern cardinal.  I know they are common, but for the longest time I have struggled to get a good picture of one.  They are just so shy when I go out hiking!  I can count all of my cardinal photos on one hand in a year and a half span!
