Last Saturday’s hike through Vassar Farm was one of the more enjoyable hikes I’ve had in weeks. The wildlife was so numerous and varied, I almost couldn’t keep up!
The most numerous sighting was the palm warbler (photographed). It seemed like every few feet, I would find another one to photograph, each photo a little better than the last. The cooper’s hawk, wood ducks & brown creeper sightings helped round out the day.
